About Me

I have a BA Honours in counselling and practice as an Integrative Counsellor, meaning I draw from theories and approaches which include, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Existential and Psychodynamic Theory. This enables me to offer you the therapeutic approach and interventions that feel appropriate for your specific challenges. I am also a Certified Outdoor Therapist.

I am also able to work within a Creative Approach which enables us to include creative exercises and mindfulness techniques into our sessions together.

I believe taking therapy outdoors can really enhance our sessions together, working with and within nature can bring a depth and richness to our therapy. Being outside also allows for physical movement and this can be very beneficial.

I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss.

I have an Emergency First Aid at Work L3 (VTQ) qualification.

I am currently only working with clients aged 18 and above.

I look forward to hearing from you.
